Judgment Enforcement

As a full service collection agency, Dixon Commercial Investigators (1982) Inc. is able to assist our members with obtaining and, most importantly, enforcing a judgment. Judgment enforcement becomes necessary when a court has awarded a judgment in your favour, yet the debtor is still not willing to voluntarily pay. There are a number of different ways a Judgment might be enforced which could include garnishing wages, seizing assets, seizing bank accounts and liens.
